The PROGRAM HEALTHY HOME was the answer to
Now to deal with the huge problems of maintenance
of biocleanliness of premises
The aim of Developers of the program was to
draw the attention to a problem of biodestroying
influence of microorganisms not only on the
subjects surrounding the person, but also on
its health.
The basic theses of the program HEALTHY
HOME (HH):

Program HH is the open program capable to unite
builders, physicians, services of housing-operational
offices and as heads food and a pharmaceutical
industry, i.e. all those for whom the decision
of a problem of a mould is actual.
2. At the first stage, within the limits of
program HH, the noncommercial partnership "

mould busters" was created to give a combine
efforts in struggle against the mould. The services
include consultations of experts - " how
to fight the mould ", tracking and the
control using the new technologies in mould
remediation, recommendations of doctors, microbiologists
on preventive mould formations and infections
on a workplace and in everyday life, work among
the building and industrial organizations with
the purpose of introduction of new technologies
at construction and pharmaceutical, food and
others industrial sectors.
The
Mould Busters and HH program was created and
funded by Joint-Stock Company Soft Protector
in ST Petersburg(Russia) to educate and train
the population of Russian regions by introducing
its unique product Teflex and appropriate technology
for mould remediation and mould prevention using
Teflex.
Teflex have been tested and been used not only
in Russia, but also abroad (Canada, UK, Ireland)
and methods of application against the mould
with destroying influences on the environment
was developed by Joint-Stock Companies Soft
Protector and reflect the importance and necessity
of their use practically in all areas of construction
and manufacture with the purpose of protection
against biodefeats for up to 25 years.
Program HH has next goals:
- Improvement of quality of construction of
habitation by introduction of new technologies,
preparations, introductions of changes in building
regulations, etc.

Introduction of normative base for of building
(hospital, schools, premises, etc.) to provide
ecological cleanliness of used materials at
construction, protection new buildings from
biocontamionation and on time elimination of
the sources of mould and microbic formations
which are harmful to human health.
- Introduction of new Teflex coatings in hospitals,
etc. medical institutions for preventing from
intrahospital infections (MRSA), replacement
expensive disinfectants.
- Use of new ecologically safe materials for
water treatment.
- Disinfecting warehouse, vegetable storehouses
for protection against the mould.
- Disinfecting military and other special clothes
and linen for preservation at long storage in
warehouses (the processed material would not
rot preserved from moisture, and as consequence
can be stored for longer period and protected
from bactericidal contamination.
- Protection from infectious, etc. diseases
of cattle and a bird, improvement of quality
bird-and cattle-breeding production.

Economic efficiency
At construction of new houses and reconstruction
according to the norms regulations developed
by the program “Healthy Home ", is
necessary to use non-standard technologies
and materials which now have not received
wide application.
At the initial stage it will lead to insignificant
increase in the cost price - on the average
on 5-10 %.
However, at the subsequent operation of
buildings and constructions the economy
of means up to 13, 2 % a year is possible.
Costs will decrease for following actions:
restoration and restoration of facades,
repair of a roof, elimination of corrosion
of engineering communications, and the
costs connected with the maintenance of
basements.
Besides direct economic efficiency as
indirect economic parameters decrease
in chronic diseases of population, reduction
of expenses on treatment and preventive
of infections.
